Tutoring Positions For prospective tutors – We are hiring!

Calgary Tutor Buddy is looking for highly motivated and experienced tutors to join our team. Tutors are expected to be well-versed in the subjects they choose to teach and act as positive role models for students by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and a good work ethic. If you are interested helping our students love learning and achieve their full potential, please apply!

Requirements:

• Must be a university student and/or have an undergraduate or post-graduate degree
• Familiar with Alberta curriculum and competent in subject to be taught
• Have a vehicle or other reliable means of transportation (for in-home tutors only)

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to commit during school term (no minimum or maximum hours, depending on student number)
• Prepare and organize a lesson plan for students
• Be invested in the success of the student and help them meet their goals
• Display professionalism by keeping appointments and being courteous to clients
